Production Process
The birth of a premium rain boot lies in the relentless refinement of every single step.
Mixing
Rubber is masticated until the colour is perfectly even and the sheet feels pliable and strong, laying the foundation for everything that follows.
Sheeting
The compounded block is calendered to an exact thickness and length. Every surface sheet is inspected bubble-by-bubble and speck-by-speck, then die-cut to the precise layer count and dimension.
Component prep
Soles, transferred prints, appliqués, gussets and buckles are all readied in parallel so that no second is lost on the line.
Upper closing
Lines are marked to the millimetre, linings are stitched with tight, even seams, guaranteeing a snug, blister-free fit.
Moulding & vulcanising
Sock, upper, components and outsole are united on the line, then locked in the autoclave. When the boots emerge and are trimmed and de-lasted, they are essentially finished.
Packing
Post-vulcanisation QC, edge trimming and customer-specific packing follow immediately; the order is on the truck the same day.
For rubber boots, the soul of quality is the vulcanisation curve; for PVC styles it is minimalist engineering executed to zero-defect standards. We keep tightening the spec and breathing new life into the process.
PVC process
PVC boots also start with mixing: we blend odorless and colorless PVC granules until the color is spot-on and perfectly even.
During injection and de-flashing, bubbles, specks and burrs are kept to an absolute minimum.
Fabric panels are cut and sewn with the same tight stitch density and shaft-height tolerances we demand in leather footwear.
Every bonded component must be light, good-looking, slip-resistant and built to last.
Advanced Technology
We believe that craftsmanship is not only a means of manufacturing, but also an expression of design. We chose to use the more demanding cold pressing process as a starting point to redefine what a pair of rain boots should look like.
Unlike conventional heat-pressed boots, our cold-press process inspects every single rubber sheet: air bubbles, pin-holes and foreign particles are virtually eliminated. Tests by certified bodies show flex strength 50 % higher than heat-pressed equivalents, while the seamless bond between upper and outsole keeps the material’s natural elasticity—lighter, stronger, longer-lasting. Cold-adhesive technologies add razor-sharp cut lines and richer colour fidelity, and global trend data feed the silhouettes so the boots don’t just beat bad weather—they complete your outfit. Technology empowers design; every pair is engineered where function meets fashion.
